How it all works

With our web base server, you do not have to know much about computers. With just a few clicks of the mouse, you can manage the entire transcription proces from any computer with a web connection.

 

Step 1: Dictate

Doctor dictates on hand-held digital voice recorder (provided).

 

Step 2: Transfer Voice Files

The recorder is connected to your computer via USB cable (provided). Using the Internet, files can be transferred from the digital voice recorder and uploaded to our secure server within seconds.

 

Step 3: Transcribe

One of our multi-speciality trained transcriptionists will log in to the secure server and type the dictations in the order received. Completed transcriptions are transferred to the server in a designated folder.

 

Step 4: Print/Storage

Completed transcriptions can be opened and printed in your office from the web base server. Files are archieved for future reference, if needed.
